Missing Points from Completed Offers
This is the most common complaint we get from users. While we don't handle the offers ourselves, in most cases it seems the errors come when people have blocked tracking cookies. To ensure that you receive your points, disable any blockers you may have.
If this doesn't solve the problem, go through the steps superrewards.com gives you. If that isn't working, and the offer is showing up as completed with a green checkmark next to it, then contact us and we'll see about refunding you the offer points.
Unfortunately, there's not much else we can do about this.
Missing Points from Invitations Sent
Most often, this is a case of sending an invitation to someone who's already received one. At the moment, there's also a hard limit of 300 points received from invitations. If it's something people keep butting up against, we'll bump it up. In the meantime, fill out an offer for a free point boost!
Random Logouts
There's a hard to pin down problem we're having with some of the new webservers. We're aware of the issue and working on it. As soon as we make some progress, I'll update the status of this.
Equipment Misreported during Aftermath
We're aware of the issue and working on a fix. Sorry for the inconvenience of it. We'll get it pinned down as soon as the stability issues are nailed.
