Ethics Query: You need cash to arm up OR to buy properties. You see a member of your clan/mob/army on the hitlist/revenge list. WHAT DO YOU DO?? Do the kill, take the money and apologise? Or do you leave your mobbie alone?

I would say it depends on what kind of player you are and how you choose to play the game. Some don't even need the excuse that money and the hitlist is involved before hitting a clan/mob/army member regardless of level.
And there is no written law to refer to here.

If you attack a clan/mob/army member for money then you are unethical and place money before loyality. This reflects your true character.
I have been playing this game for a few days and find there are a lot of high level bullies who attack low level players. There is no real way to stop the attacks. You cannot afford to put a contract on a level 60 player because the cost is two high. You ask another high level player to help and they may attack you or do nothing. I think the only real solution is for LOL to have in place a means to report these bullies and they be suspended from the game for a period of time.
