Ammount Of Hits On A Lower Level Player

there should be a limit as to how many times a day a higher level can hit u. for the past 5 days i have had some 1 hitting me over and over again and he is a higher level than me. i looked at the person's profile and he has been doing the same thing to others aswell. if higher lvls can hit 1 lower or many lower lvl ppl all day this will make alot of ppl quit this game. there needs to be  limit as to how many times u can hit lower lvl's a day....say 5 hits a day (a day being a 24 hr period). or none at all. make them hit the same lvl or higher or what ever u guys think is best either way it needs to be looked into. and ty 4 ur time.
