Poll: How do feel about people who fight their battles by Karate Chopping?
If your going to fight, fight. Chopping"s for geisha"s. .
It you are to weak to pick up a sword.....and you use your hands instead....then you work in the temple.
Your wasting your stamina chopping, punching or ambushing. Like I said. If your going to Fight.....Fight ! ![]()
It is sad to see a player have to actually spend all their stamina, all night chopping, and then talking smack after that.
To me...that is not a ninja.
There is no honor there.
They lose their pink ninja suit and put on a kimono...
Have them work in the temple and keep them there...
When they come out..collect the money they earned from working in the temple for you
use that money they made for you to arm you clan
Now let's see how much money can be made
I am sure we have a friend from Mafia that would love to run the House of Geisha on Ninja Clan
The Karate Chop is the only way a weak player can do harm to a stronger one. As such its use is justified. But when used by a stronger player to harras or bully lower levels it is a shame and dishonorable.
i never karate chop but then i choose my opponents with care. Its pointless fighting those who are much stronger [what a waste of stamina unless its to put yourself out of harms way in the temple]
We all know levels are just a guide - someone i know is level 26, i'm 53 and yet he beats me everytime but one day............... and not by karate chops.
however, i do appreciate that 'chopping' for some is the only chance they have to get a go at a Revenge hit - i'd love to know if anyone has ever got a hit using the chop!
julie
I only chop if I am angry, the victim is in the temple and I plan on killing him dead. The only other time I can see it being useful is as a way for a lower level to defend himself against someone he has no chance of beating through a standard attack.
Otherwise I think it is a waste of stamina.
LMAO That is sooo funny im not surprised with the results so far.
Actually it isn't. There are actually geisha men & geisha women. Look up "geisha man". We are an equally opportunity employer. We allow all types of geisha to be allowed to work in the temple.
Chopping is for losers. Doing one to get someones attention is fine with me, but the hammering or to get "kills" (lets kick them when they are down and steal their Nikes while we are at it) is just plain weak.
If you are hammered by a (way) bigger player, you probably done something to deserve it. If not, ask, or ask someone even bigger to help. That's what clan is (also) for. The really big players are quite honorable in how they play the game, and are usually very effective in assistance.
i actually think earthlad that it was meant to be a humorous dig at a player and nothing more with the geisha comment, i thought it was very funny and im female
Entity is correct...it was meant to be a dig at a player.

But.....there is such a thing actually. They are called Taikomochi but if I called the person that, no one would get it.

My geisha is currently out of work for having a filthy mouth. Those who know who the geisha is...stop by for a visit.
Now onto Ninja Smack Talk 101
To keep the game clean as possible & fun ninja terms should be used for smack talking
From this point on...I declare the term Geisha to be used for anyone who is high enough to defend themselves but chooses to karate chop instead. It can also be used for general smack talking as well.
If you have a term that we should use, list them.
