I've bought several Godfather points in the past and almost every time, inspite of being told I'd be awarded my points in 15 minutes,
 
it would take several minutes or even hours more and I'd get some message requiring some
extra steps to take which were NEVER agreed upon as part of the requirements being advertised.
 
That makes it False advertisement which is illegal.
 
Well, after almost each time this happening, I finally just got used to it.
 
So the last time I did an offer, I immediately took a screenshot of the completed activation page
where the confirmation was given thanking me for my membership.
 
It was advertised as only being a 15 minute wait before being awarded with the ONLY requirements being entering the pin and confirming it via cell phone. I had already done that.
 
Those were the only requirments ever given, so any additional requirements meant they were.
again breaking the law by false advertising as the advertised conditions on offer were only
to do those 2 steps which I had already done and sent.
 
So I immediately took that screenshot and replied within 2 minutes of their request to send more details.
 
Again, 5 days later, they sent another request. I sent a message to support.
 
NO reply.
 
Weeks have passed by and it's now into the next MONTH.
 
I already went above and beyond proving, confirming and giving the EXACT message I received
after paying with my cell phone account and anything they could think of.
 
Well, today I look and see they required the exact message again which I had already sent and which is also a violation of the law as it was not required in the advertised terms.
 
They have lied, stolen, cheated and received my cell phone account billing info WITHOUT awarding MY points which were mine the very moment I entered my pin with NO additional steps required as per the conditions of the offer advertised.
 
You've stolen LOLplaying. You've been caught.
 
There are no valid excuses and you're late on awarding my respect points.
 
Please do the right thing and give me what is mine.
 
It's now the next month and instead of the 15 minutes, you've withheld what is already rightfully mine.
 
Play time is over LOLplaying. Now cough up my points.

Yes, far beyond using those, numerous times.

In fact, that's how I've had to contact them to give them the same info over and over
these last 2 weeks, which I had already supplied pre-emptively minutes after completing the offer
anyway, just in case they tried to pull any more of the same shennanigans they used

several times before when jerking my personal information, credit, cell phone billing info, etc. around
previously.

What I'm saying here is this is not the first time it's happened and despite all the hoops I've jumped through just to pull out any excuses from under them before they have the chance,

even though I've already supplied every conceivable form of proof and confirmation they could ever ask for *before* they asked for it, they just pretended as if they didn't see it and asked for the same stuff again even though all the info supplied was 100% accurate and EXACTLY what they had requested as they requested it.

I even went to the lengths this last time around of taking a photo of the screen after subscribing to the trial and uploading it to my server so I could show them immediately if they tried any more fool stunts.

Guess what? They did.

Guess what I did? Replied within minutes with the screenshot, the EXACT wording I received from the advertiser in question and every other proof, including the pin.

From every angle, no matter how you slice it or dice it, I did all (and much more) from my end of the bargain and they did NOT fulfill their end whatsoever.

I'm STILL waiting on my points and it's Feb. now.

Awarded 15 minutes after confirming pin code?

Nope.

Try, Still NOT awarded YET after 15 Days of:

*1. Fulfilled the only 2 requirements advertised on the offer

*2. Supplied verbatim the exact wording of the advertiser's confirmation message

*3. Provided to the letter, the message given by the advertiser after supplying my pin

*4. Gave them my PIN code

*5. Took Screenshot PROOF of the subscription with the advertiser's THANKING me for Subscribing

*6. Sent the proof to the support team using the support site after already replying through the points system numerous times earlier...

*7. Replied to each of their demands for the Same details already given again and again while still waiting now 2 weeks for what was promised to only be 15 minutes after

( I completed not only the only 2 steps as advertised, but proving in every conceivable way I had subscribed while my cell phone is now being charged) ...

And still....

Wait for it....

MY Points Have Not Yet Been Awarded!

There is no valid excuse or reason for my points to not have been instantly awarded after the 15 minutes...

I've proven from every possible scenario with documented proof (which I still have on file)
they have blatantly FALSELY advertised the terms of the offer and have not given me what is

Lawfully MINE and NOT theirs to withhold.

What's worse is all the time and frustration having to wait on these clowns.

I'm a patient man, but DESPISE being lied to and 2 Weeks with extra steps when promised 15 minutes and only 2 is Ridiculous.

I would have hoped and expected at least an ounce of integrity after spending money multiple times with these jokers.

Let me guess? You're LOL and Playing still right?

That's all fine and dandy, but don't expect any more "suckers" to fall for your traps if you don't make this right.

I had something similar happen.  I filled out one of the "surveys" and I filled out exactly what the offer required.  I never received the points, but it was only for 8 points so I didn't bother trying to get them.  I did this offer mainly to test if I would get them, but no.   

I did do the Blockbuster offer and received the points before the offer claimed and also bought points and received those immediately.  To me it seems like the points for the surveys are crap.

*Update*

Received the points today. All is forgiven and I appreciate LOL Playing and the powers that be behind the scenes with Super Rewards, etc. for making this right.
